Photoshop Composite
I completed this project in my second semester of the New Media Design and Web Development Senior Management Program at BCIT. This was a lot of fun as the goalie is my son and I had taken the series of pictures. The three overlaid shape layers are selections made from the other shots in the save sequence.
BCIT NMD & WD
BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) is a Polytechnic school with three main locations, Vancouver Downtown, Burnaby (main campus) and Richmond (Aviation programs). They have an excellent reputation in the industry for churning out top notch talent in the field of Technology, Business and Engineering just to mention a few.
My Task
This project required a more advanced knowledge of Photoshop CC i.e. selections, custom shapes, color correction using adjustment layers and typography. I’m very pleased with the results as the images were shot by me of my son playing hockey, something else I always enjoyed doing, and I had always wanted to do something with that series of shots.
