Kinetic Topography

This was my first attempt at Kinetic Topography. A third term project for our midterm in Visual Effects using After Effects.

BCIT (British Columbia Institute of Technology) is a Polytechnic school with three main locations, Vancouver Downtown, Burnaby (main campus) and Richmond (Aviation programs). They have an excellent reputation in the industry for churning out top notch talent in the field of  Technology, Business and Engineering just to mention a few.

In this project we were required to pick either a song, editorial, poem or lyrics to product a kinetic topography video. I decided to go with Sail by Awolnation. The song has powerful lyrics and a strong beat that made it fun to work with.
